1. What We Do

Spendary analyzes your financial transaction files using AI and helps you understand your financial situation. In short: we are not a bank, we are not your financial advisor, and we do not provide investment advice. We simply give you tools to manage your financial situation more easily.

2. Who Can Use Spendary

You must be legally able to enter into contracts to use our service. If you’re under 18 or otherwise unable to agree to these terms, please don’t use Spendary.

3. Your Responsibilities

By using Spendary, you confirm that:

• You have the right to upload the data you provide
• The data belongs to you or you have permission to use it
• You will not upload unlawful or harmful content

4. No Financial Advice

Spendary aims to show you how your financial situation and savings rate could change based on different actions you might take—for example, cancelling a subscription or changing spending habits. Our paid roadmap features are simulations: they model possible outcomes based on your data, not recommendations or predictions. We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice.

These simulations are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. Always do your own research and, when in doubt, consult a qualified professional.

5. Payment, Delivery & Withdrawal Rights

5.1 One-Time Digital Service

Spendary provides a one-time, personalized digital financial report that is generated immediately upon successful payment. The report is tailored specifically to your uploaded financial data and may not be reused or resold.

5.2 Immediate Performance

By completing the purchase, you expressly request that we perform the digital service immediately and acknowledge that report generation begins as soon as payment is confirmed.

5.3 Waiver of Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU: by purchasing, you expressly agree that once the generation of your personalized digital report begins, you forfeit your 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the service is fully performed immediately and the report is personalized to you, refunds are not available after report generation has started.

5.4 Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued in cases of technical failure preventing report delivery, duplicate charges, or a proven system error. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to support@spendary.net with your order details.

5.5 Chargebacks & Abuse

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your access to the service and recovery of applicable administrative costs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Spendary. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you are abusing the service, committing fraud, or creating a security risk. We’ll do our best to notify you when possible, but we reserve the right to act quickly when necessary.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of EU. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
